LONELINESS
The Surgeon General’s recent advisory on epidemic of loneliness, identified its imperative we recognize profound risks associated with feeling disconnected from our community.
Loneliness can feel like isolation, being invisible, insignificant, disconnected, anxious, depressed and affects overall health & well being.More than half (58%) of U.S. adults reported feelings of loneliness in 2021 (Cigna).
We heard the message loud and clear.
Tackling this head-on, with what we do best, foster a sense of community for our underserved and undervalued seniors through the transformative power of music.
WHAT: FREE BRASILANOVA CONCERT for Seniors followed by ‘CONNECTION CHATS’
WHERE: Mizell Community Center, Palm Springs
WHEN: Saturday Matinee, May 11th @ 1:30 pm
HOW: In-person and live-streamed for those housebound & unable to attend
PARTNERING WITH: Mizell Center, as well as, local senior centers – servicing the community at their centers plus delivering 700 meals on wheels/per day

Love is love, whether it’s found in a tender embrace, a heartfelt conversation, or a shared laugh. For those who have experienced lost love, we are holding you tight. Together, let’s cherish and honor the memories and celebrate the journey it took us on.
Remember, love knows no bounds, no labels, no limits. Love is love in all its beautiful forms. Here’s to celebrating the diversity and power of love that surrounds us today and every day.

A CABBELLO is honored to be performing at the National Gay Pilots Association Gala, at the beautiful Palm Springs Convention Center on Saturday, February 17th. What a treat!
