Digital Program
Cheerio! Bust out the bangers and mash because ‘Bello is going Brit! That’s right, we’re bringing the best of UK pop music to the heart of PSP. Keep Calm and Sing On is our swinging seasonal program and it’s coming to the Cascade Lounge in Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs.
This show represents the ABCs of British music – we’re talking Adele, Beatles, Cat Stevens, and more, more, more galore! We’re summoning the pop perfection of One Direction, The Spice Girls and Robbie Williams. Swoon to the mod melodies of Dusty Springfield, Shirley Bassey and Petula Clark. And mingle with true icons like Elton John, Sting, Freddie Mercury and David Bowie.
When Kurt and I set out to create this show we envisioned celebrating the incredible legacy of British Pop music, from the transformative sounds of the ’60s to today’s chart-toppers. It was an ambitious—and daunting—task to choose which songs to share, given the sheer breadth and impact of “Brit Pop” on our cultural ethos across the decades. As we worked, the theme and title Keep Calm and Sing On naturally evolved, capturing what music does best: it reflects the times, offering resilience, unity, and hope.
We developed this show during a time of uncertainty, with the nation divided before a pivotal election. Little did we know then how much more relevant the ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ slogan—first coined by the British government in 1939 to help bolster morale during the early days of WWII—would become. The reality is this: healing will take time, but we mustn’t lose hope. Music, like the slogan, reminds us to remain resilient, and now more than ever, we need to ‘Keep Calm and Sing On.’ This show’s timing feels even more poignant as we come together to find strength, solace, and unity in the music.
Tonight, these songs will wash over you with a gamut of emotions. Let’s breathe the same air and let the music take us on a journey—one of hope, reflection, and the joy of feeling connected. May this experience remind us of the purpose behind our Project Connect: that even in challenging times, music has the power to lift and carry us forward. You are not alone; we are stronger together. Let’s all keep calm and sing on.
Heartfelt thanks for sharing your evening with us,

Meet The Team
Project Connect
Dear Friends and Supporters,
As Board President of A Cabbello, I am honored to share the heart of our mission and the transformative impact of Project Connect. Our music brings light to some of the darkest corners of our community, reaching active mature adults who face the quiet struggle of loneliness—a pressing epidemic challenge of our time.
Project Connect is more than a program—it’s a lifeline. Through meaningful, free concerts and heartfelt outreach, we offer moments of connection, warmth, and healing, reminding these wise and wonderful men and women they are seen, valued, and loved. Your support makes these experiences possible, helping us reach those who otherwise wouldn’t have access to live music.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for believing in the power of music to uplift and unite.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Teddie Scott
President of the A Cabbello Board
